Resident Requirements

Youth must meet the following requirements to reside within The Key Youth Center.

 

• Between ages 13-21 years old

• Enrolled in and regularly attending a Lincoln County school & maintaining good academic standing while in residence
  • High school graduates may become eligible for residence following utilization of one-month of drop-in services at The Key
• At-risk of or currently meeting the criteria of a homeless or unaccompanied youth as defined by the McKinney-Vento Act
• Have resided in Lincoln County for at least 60 days
• Comply with the Lease Agreement of THE KEY Youth Center

 

Referrals are accepted through school counselors, and/or community mental health and social service agencies.  Referral inquiries may be made on weekdays between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM by calling 636-338-1462 and speaking to our Program Manager, or by emailing thekeyyouthinc@gmail.com.
